Free standard postage on orders over $150

For orders under $150, one flat rate of $19.95.

Flat Rate postage means you can order as many items as you like without the worry of the postage price increasing.

 

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  
• Orders are generally dispatched the same business day, depending on the time ordered and how busy we are, otherwise dispatch will be next business day.
• Orders are sent via Australia Post. Tracking will be provided for all orders.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, allow 2-7 days. Please remember to allow extra time during peak periods. For Australia Post's estimated delivery time frames click here. If you think your order should have already arrived please be sure to check the tracking. If still in doubt, please contact us or Australia Post. We recommend using the official Australia Post app to manage your deliveries.

Please make sure your address is correct!

Australia Post charges us for any orders that are returned to sender. The cost of this is currently $13.50 per parcel. If your order is returned back to us due to insufficient/incorrect address details or unclaimed (not picked up from post office), this cost will be payable before your order is re-sent as well as shipping costs to re-send.

If your order is returned and you wish to cancel it instead of having it re-sent, the $13.50 RTS fee plus our original shipping costs and any payment fees will be deducted from any refund amount.
